Welcome to PIRC Happy Scrappers Mega kits!

If you like scrapbooking, you'll love our Happy Scrappers Mega kits. A new kit is created each month by both PhotoImpact and PaintShop Pro users that are members of the PIRC Forum. Each month has a different theme which will give you a lot of choices when deciding what elements, papers, and backgrounds you want to try.

All of our kits are free for personal use. They may not be used commercially without specific permission by the individual artist. New kits will be posted around the third week of each month so please come back and see what's new! You're also invited to join our forum and help create even more kits!
